Tai Chi By The Sea, LLC is a full wellness exercise program offering gentle but effective workouts in one of the most peaceful and tranquil spaces, near the sea.

While we cater specifically to adults 40 and over, everyone is welcome. We believe Tai Chi is not just about movement, but about harmony, balance, and awareness.

Practicing Tai Chi in a natural seaside setting enhances both the physical and mental benefits of this ancient movement practice. The rhythm of the ocean, fresh air, and gentle motion work together to create a deeply restorative experience for the body and mind.
